Reports to: Senior Technical Lead

role will remain essential to day to day business. A change in leadership may result.

Responsibilities

  • Principal Security Architect and subject matter expert.
  • Provide Security Architecture assurance for new terrestrial communications solutions.
  • For new network and telecommunications solutions, review, approve and recommend security
    components of solution documentation, such as SED, SAD, HLD, DD.
  • Assure design of network and telecommunication services comply to Defence security standards
    and security policies.
  • Provide reporting.
  • Manage associated risks and issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years or more) and or qualifications in: cyber security and
    or architecture (security)
  • Demonstrated experience assessing Defence technical artefacts for telecommunications and
    networks with a security lens
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Defence environment

This role is suited to the skillsets of either of the SFIA skillsets of a SINT / NTDS. You must nominate

Responsibilities

  • Deliver network architecture assurance for Defence terrestrial communications.
  • Assure design of network and telecommunication services align to Defence enterprise
    architecture, meet Defence ICT standards and comply to Defence frameworks and security
    policies.
  • For network and telecommunications solutions, review and recommend technical solution

This role is suited to the skillsets of either of the SFIA skillsets of a SINT / NTDS. You must nominate

Responsibilities

  • Principal Engineer and subject matter expert.
